The Chimney Rock Management staff knew we would face some challenges this year with some closures due to our upper parking lot project, but never in our wildest dreams could we have imagined that the whole world would be closed down and business would be brought to a screeching halt due to a global pandemic.
There is a silver lining, though. The contractors have been able to keep working without interruption and are making great progress in restoring the retaining wall and refurbishing the parking area that was severely damaged due to excessive rainfall in the fall of 2017 and the spring of 2018.
