Due to the impact of Hurricane Helene, Chimney Rock State Park, including access to the Chimney Rock attraction, is closed to the public until further notice. No public access is permitted during this closure. The safety and well-being of our community, staff, and visitors remain our top priority as we focus on recovery and rebuilding efforts in the park and surrounding areas.

While the park is closed, our staff remains engaged in community clean-up efforts and continues to support local schools and organizations through ongoing educational outreach programs.
