Gifts, Food, and Concessions
Positions available: 4 – Beginning weekends (and preferably weekdays) in March/April, 4-5 days per week in the summer, weekends through October.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with courtesy and enthusiasm
- Assist customers in making food and gift purchases
- Provide helpful information to our guests
- Ensure satisfaction of our guests
- Ensure cleanliness of work area
- Work with team to help wherever needed
- Keep work area neat, attractive and well-stocked
Skills Needed:
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Outgoing, enthusiastic personality
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- An understanding of the importance of cleanliness
- Promptness and a neat appearance
- Ability to work with food, numbers and cash registers
- Physically able to be on your feet during entire shift
- Perform other duties, as required
Typical Schedule:
- Weekends in the spring and fall, 4-5 days per week during the summer
- 8:30 to 4:30 or 11:00 to 7:30 each day generally
- Rotate work assignments from gifts, food and concessions daily and weekly
- Generally one weekend off a month
