"The Many Faces of Chimney Rock Park"

Chimney Rock Park’s dramatic cliffs, wooded trails and towering waterfall make incredible backdrops for photographs. So, while you’re exploring the Park with family and friends, snap a few shots showing us your own unique ways of capturing special moments! Our theme enables you to explore “The Many Faces of Chimney Rock Park.” These may be the smiling faces of your children as they’re inspired by nature, the hidden faces in tree bark along our trails or the faces of critters spotted in the Park.
We love it when you get creative!
This year’s contest focuses on making memories at Chimney Rock Park. Winning photographs may be used as part of our marketing efforts, including advertising.

We're giving away some wonderful prizes again this year, like a weekend getaway in Hickory Nut Gorge, some Annual Passes for the Park and some special surprises sponsored by our local business partners and vendors.

CONTEST RULES:
- Photos can be submitted as slides, color or black & white photographic prints or prints of digital images. Digital images must not be altered to be competitive. No emailed photos or disks will be accepted. Minimum print size is 5" x 7". Each entry should be labeled with the photographer's name and contact information (and age for youth category entries).
- The $5 entry fee (checks made payable to Chimney Rock Park) covers up to 3 photographs per person.
- All photographs must be taken inside Chimney Rock Park in areas accessible to guests. Do not go off marked trails.
- Entries should reflect the photographer's interpretation of Chimney Rock Park. Emphasis will be placed on creativity and composition. All entries are subject to any use by Chimney Rock Park. If you would like your entry returned, please enclose a stamped self-addressed envelope.
- Open to both amateur and professional photographers including youth (ages 6-15).
- Decisions of the judges are final.
- Winning entries will be posted at chimneyrockpark.com.
