Grady’s Groundhog Day
Dates: Feb 2nd
Cost: One free youth (ages 5-15) admission with each paid adult; free for under 5
Will Grady give the same prediction as Punxsutawney Phil? Or will he daringly give his own prediction about winter’s claim on the weather? Read about the results here!

Weather permitting, join us for an educational program on groundhogs and other woodland critters while waiting eagerly to see Grady’s shadow in the Meadows. Guided family hikes on the Great Woodland Adventure trail will follow the program at noon and 12:30pm. Kid’s Groundhog Day crafts will be offered from noon-1pm.

To celebrate Grady’s special day, we're offering a discount on membership in Grady's Kids Club, the Annual Pass for youth (ages 5-15), for $8 during February. Enjoy visits to the Park for 18 months, discounts on Park retail, dining & events and savings at favorite area attractions.

Sprouting Naturalists: Critter Kingdoms
Dates: Feb 6th
Time: 10-11:30am
Cost: Kids under 6 years old – $3; Adults – $12; Older brothers & sisters (ages 6 -15) – $5.50; Adult Annual Passholders – free
Geared to ages 2 to 5, our new Sprouting Naturalists programs are designed to give young children a better understanding of critters, plants and the great outdoors. Offered on the first Wednesday every month through May 2013, each of the nature programs offers a different, fun learning experience. Get all the details on our Sprouting Naturalists page.

February: Critter Kingdoms
Houses? Who needs houses when you could live in a burrow, nest or cave? Explore animal habitats and play a fun nature game.
