Wedding Venues
Chimney Rock
The view from atop Chimney Rock is exquisite. Take a 26-story elevator ride inside the mountain to the Chimney level. It’s just a short walk from there and only 44-stairs to top of the “Rock.” Up to 15 guests, seasonal availability, no holidays or holiday weekends.
Hickory Nut Falls
Your photos will be one of a kind with 404-foot Hickory Nut Falls as your backdrop. Framed by massive rock walls and the cascading waterfall, it’s worth the effort if you, your bridal party and guests are up to it. Guest must hike this moderate trail (1.5 miles round-trip) to reach this special venue. Up to 15 guests, seasonal availability, no holidays or holiday weekends.
Lake Lure Lookout
Looking for an easily accessible, more intimate setting? This location is for you. Take the elevator to the Sky Lounge and walk across the patio and down of couple of steps to this small lookout with a spectacular view of Lake Lure. Up to 10 guests, seasonal availability, no holidays or holiday weekends.
The Outdoor Classroom
The most private of all our wedding venues, this secluded site will surround you and your guests in a lush forest alcove. Benches are provided. Rental of the Outdoor Classroom includes the Pavilion. Up to 70 guests, seasonal availability, no holidays or holiday weekends.
The Pavilion
Wide-open views of the Park surround you from this rustic, covered setting. Choose to use our casual picnic table seating or dress it up if you like. This venue is not only our largest but provides vehicle and handicap access as well. Rental of the Pavilion includes the use of the Outdoor Classroom. Up to 150 guests.
Vista Rock
This spot features some of the same stunning views as the Chimney, just at a slightly lower elevation – and with more privacy. To access this beautiful venue, guests must hike approximately 150 stairs up the Outcroppings Trail. Up to 15 guests, seasonal availability, no holiday’s or holiday weekends; call for details.
